Sweatroom is a fresh approach to fitness with the whole environment tailored to the individual client when they walk in.

Clients are not just a member but somebody who is part of our group with whom we share a common passion.

Whether it is group exercise sessions or one to one personal training, the client will achieve their agreed goals with a smile on their face.

With an industry history spanning over 10 years Tom has both practical and theory experience that allows him to deliver results to clients.

In 2009, Tom worked with the ever improving USA Soccer team whilst they visited Arsenal's London Colney Training centre, delivering water based and gym sessions alongside their coaching staff. 

 

Tom has a degree in Sports Therapy BSc (Hons) which has allowed him to access, treat, rehabilitate clients with previous or on going injuries.

Tom specialises in creating innovative and effective training programmes specific to all clients needs. 

This ranges from weight loss and muscle gain to sport specific functionality and event training. 

Tom welcomes all clients, his aim is to motivate each client to recognise the full potential. 

Tom works 1-1 or in groups to help change what started as a 'programme' of fitness to a true lifestyle change.
