The energy and buzz from the small group classes and intimate PT sessions is what I really thrive off at Sweatroom. With Personal Training here, I know I can provide that personal touch to my sessions that can sometimes get lost in larger gyms.
Having been attending the gym since the age of 14, Lauren made her favourite hobby her career in 2015 and fully qualified as a Personal Trainer, adding a fresh and up to date training approach to the Sweatpro team.
Lauren's main focus is to have her clients looking and feeling better than they've ever been. Training sessions will be planned encompassing a range of training techniques including, cardiovascular circuits, to get the heart rate up! and body weight and resistance training, to build that lean muscle and tone!
Her motto is "strong is the new skinny" and her training programmes reflect this.
