Ok, so you have probably heard motivational jargon being bantered around Sweat Room or even in social media, Aiming to push you further and get you more motivated in your fitness quest . You know the lines … “you got to be in it to win it. . “There’s only room at the top for champions”.... “Winners train, Losers complain!”... you get my drift! .. But being serious , to be part of an event or challenge however large or small is a GREAT thing. It will give you focus for your training. A challenge for your body. As it adapts to change in your training , it needs to be given new stimulus. Whether this be strength, cardiovascular or flexibility training, this needs to be progressive so that you see your goals being reached.
